We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days.
How We Handle Complaints
Once received, we will:
- Review the article and the concerns raised
- Assess the issue against our Editorial Standards
- Consult sources, records, and relevant documentation
- Decide whether a correction, clarification, or update is required
You will receive a full response within 21 working days.
If a correction is made, it will be:
- Clearly marked on the article
- Logged transparently
- Distinguished from routine editorial updates

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may request a further internal review.
If UKPoliticsDecoded becomes a member of an approved press regulator such as IMPRESS, unresolved complaints may be escalated externally in accordance with the regulator's procedures. We will update this page if and when such membership is confirmed.
